Out in the garden with a macro.....

This little fellow is about 1cm long, and the wind did not help with focus.....
Looked like there were 3 or 4 different variety of bees including blue banded bees on some days around the same plant
Both hand held....

The bee's a beauty.

Not to keen on the grub, because it's a grub. Looks like something i saw crawl out of some of my salad one lunch.

I like the second one! Great DOF and timing on that one. Well done.
I find the grub blends a little too much in the first one though.

Wonderful bee shot Bernie, I have never been able to take shots like that, it's incredibly hard.
