Was watching the lions for about 2 hours today, i have alot of other good shots tho.....Hard so say exactly how lnog it tok

#1 - would have been a better shot if you were face or slightly side on. I know is is easier said than done, but patiences plays a hugh part when shooting 'BIG CATS'.
#2 - has a touch of the green, and will be better served with more work at home.
#3 - is the pick of the crop - well done . The Persian Leopard is very hard to shoot, in view of the short time span that he gives to you while pacing around his enclosure.

Probably one of the best shots of the Leopard I've seen. The bars don't appear to be very noticeable in your shot. Most shots I've seen have light grey patches from the bars.
Was that with the 70-300G? If so, that is an even amazing pic.

Nah not with the G banger....... but with my shiny new sigma 70-200 f2.8 that i havent added to my sig yet

Fantastic..... see my recent clipsal posts of the cars.... all on AFC mode on my D200 through a fence..

Yep yep, saw those photos as well. Nice and sharp. Good to know the lens can capture fast subjects. Definately sold on sigma lenses im not earning money by purchasing the canon equiv.
