I'm over here on my honeymoon at the moment, most of my shots have been happy snaps and more just for the memories than technically good shots (the wife isnt too keen on me lugging around all my gear and then standing around while I stuff around composing shots!)
That said, I've taken a few good ones I like - here's 2 I took at Alcatraz yesterday that I like.
I think this one is kind of iconic, with the US flag and the statues character watching over the prison.
With many of the island's buildings now in ruin, the place has become a large bird rookery. This is the old guards quarters, and here stands the last 2 guards of Alcatraz
