No PP....that was straight out of the camera........just adjusted levels.....and stitched together....that was it!!

The menu Path "Filter/Liquify" comes to mind.

Perhaps MHD can tell us the scientific name of this cloud cluster???

Ohh whatever....go and have a look at some weather sites...the image(weather wise) is not that spectacular......its called a "Shelf Cloud" or "Wall Cloud" and they are common in "Supercell Thunderstorms" and that is what this was.

Here educate yourself!

i can vouch for this photo, saw the same formation driving from work, was spewing i was not going to be near my camera for a good 3hrs.

I think this is a fantastic image Dan, and i have seen similar images where a massive storm front is moving in over a city and it looks like a giant space ship (im sure most have seen the photo).
