Had an outdoor city shoot session. Nan wanted to have urban kind of shots taken and I think it suits her style perfectly.

Great eyes. Love the third shot.

Just a little niggle... the tones seem somewhat pale and makes her look a bit like a man. Might need some colour boosting but I'm not quite sure what'll make her look less of a man. The tomboyishness is nice there, but it might be overkill on her face.

Thanks very much for the comments, Leigh. Yes, the Tomboishness is the style she likes so it suits the urban theme I think.

I do agree about the pale tones. I did some layer blending and this is the result. Is this an improvement? I prefer this one I think I will rework the others similarly.

It's almost too clean for me for urban style. Suggestion would be to make it a bit harsher in terms of PP. Also use the burn tool to darken the atmosphere a bit more.

Yup, the rework makes her look more sensual now, but still with an edge of tomboyishness. It's quite cool, Alex.

I agree with the Urban touches Wayne suggests though. You might want to add some dirty framing to it. PhotoFrame might have the right sort of edges if you need. I like the sort of feel the images have mind you, but dirtying them up a bit through either frames or layers might just make it seem that much more edgy.

Thanks very much, Leigh. I will rework most of the images from the shoot to add more contrast by blending layers.... Not sure about the photo frame though. I'm not a big fan of frames, but will definitely try PhotoFrame. Thanks again, you've been really helpful. I think noise in some of the images will do the dirtying up for me
