My first attempt at an urban shot in low light.



Im really not sure about it.. seems to be a bit of a "nothing" shot..
Nothing pops out at me. PP or cropping suggestions?

I'm feeling the shot lacks any subject, the leading lines draw my eyes but all I can see is the bus? The lighting falling on those Southern side buildings is interesting though.

A bit of distortion correction, and some levels and colour enhancement can give this sort of result



which would work a lot better on a raw image, but I think your initial assessment is close to the mark!

I agree, nothing jumps out and grabs you - but it like all shots with lots of detail, if you spend time looking at it you find things that are interesting (like the light Ronza mentioned) - I also like the blues in the sky.
