:P

i would prefer a tad bit more shutter time to blur the wheels, but i'm not complaining. turned out better than i hoped for.

Yep, need's lower shutter speed, however it's very sharp, and colour of car is vibrant :)

Lower angle on 1st would be cool too, try not to scrape your knuckles though :D

hi methd

the first one is very nice, great exposure for the reflection.

Maybe blur out the background a tad more? Clone out the sign? Burn in the edges?

The half up half down window is kind of distracting to me

im impressed with the second shot here, not an easy shot to get right, and although maybe not quite blurred enough, it still looks great!

Looks good!
I especially like the first and second shots!
Are these type of "moving with the car" shots called 'tracking'?

I love the cleanliness and colours of the car :)

Perhaps watch out for roadsigns which might stick out of the car (like in #1), but not too big an issue.

#2 is the pick for me , looks like something out of a car mag. A little more space in front of the car would have helped imo. :)

cheers for comments :D

i have a better idea now.
instead of sticking my head out the window (and missing a good frame) i'm going to sit the camera at the end of a tripod and stick that out instead, then use a cable release to take the picture while using autofocus tracking.

we were just cruising so it wasn't a planned photo shoot, but i like to take nice photos when i do. forgot all about signs and such as i was trying to work out a balance between panning/sharpness/shutter speed.
