Another one from a Vietnamese market in HCMC

These crabs were cute sitting there in this pan.

Not sure if the softness spoils this image. Have I overcorrected at little too much with the smart sharpen?

Looks like quite an army there. The SS hasn't been overdone. Looks fine to me.

For some odd reason, it reminds me of darlecs... :roll:

They look great. The only things that would make them better IMHO are wok, some herbs, shallots, ginger, etc etc.... :twisted:

This is a great pic and gets the gastric juices flowing every time I look at it.
