Forum rules
Please note that image critiquing is a matter of give and take: if you post images for critique, and you then expect to receive criticism, then it is also reasonable, fair and appropriate that, in return, you post your critique of the images of other members here as a matter of courtesy. So please do offer your critique of the images of others; your opinion is important, and will help everyone here enjoy their visit to far greater extent.
Also please note that, unless you state something to the contrary, other members might attempt to repost your image with their own post processing applied. We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature.
Images posted here should conform with the general forum guidelines. Image sizes should not exceed 950 pixels along the largest side (height or width) and typically no more than four images per post or thread.
Please also ensure that you have a meaningful location included in your profile. Please refer to the FAQ for details of what "meaningful" is.

Ahoy all,
Just thought I’d post a couple of shots from todays action at Mount Panorama.
A good day was had, in the company of Jeff and Barry. Tomorrow we'll let Kyle hang out with us, even though he'll be carrying a Canon
The free lunch in the media centre kept us going today. Someone once said theres no such thing as a free lunch. I now beg to differ.
I took about 500 images today, but thought I’d post these. I like them, they are a little bit of something different, rather than just the run of the mill racing shots (which I took plenty of).
A granite reminder to Peter Brock. Gone but not forgotten.
A jet propelled truck. There’s something you don’t see every day. Hope he filled it with fuel before he came out here!!! (Not sure what I like about this image, the heat haze either makes it or ruins it).
Late afternoon racing with the Aussie Racers.
C&C welcomed and appreciated.

Allan, I was REALLY hoping you wouldn't post anything tonight.
I hate you, really really hate you
1st is great, so much power and emotion
3rd is awesome, The marshalls simply make this shot
I'm chucking my tripod in the car, for early morning light trail shenans on the hill too
Edit, i've been flirting with d2x+120-300 ideas of late, can I have a quick try of your d2h?

Thanks guys! Appreciate the comments.
I'm just home from another day 'on the hill'. Caught up with Kyle and Jeff. I think we've all had a good day, must rest for tomorrow now. Have to be up bright and early at 4:30 a.m. to get setup for the race.
I'm going to forward the sunset pic to Aussie Race Cars and see if they have a use for it. Guess I'll just have to wait and see!
