Here is a picture I took a fewdays ago at a childs 3rd birthday party. This little guys was playing hide and seek with me..

I'm interested to see what others think of the shot.

Love the expression and the catch lights but not sure about the vertical lines...in some ways they frame the image but in others it detracts from it..... Try a tighter crop and see whether you like it better

I like it, the twinkle of mischief in his mind, the cheeky grin.. very nice, it's also well exposed which may of been difficult with the light from behind and the railings in the foreground.

Andy, I think this is a lovely candid. It works very well for me in B&W. Shame the handrail is in the top left of frame (not much you could do about that) but IMHO it is still a great shot.

Thanks for the feedback. I am the same the bars seem to frame the boy but also take something away. What I do like is the mischievious look he has on his face
