I took am opportunity to grab a some photos for a thread on POTN (canon forum) entitled 'a bit of credit for those in orange'

Here's what I came up with, though I think they eventually cottoned on to me taking a photo of them, what with a long white lens pointing at them and all

haha i was listening to them talk about photogs and letting them cross the track, was quite funny "photographers think they own the place" was the comment

Great captures of the waiting involved in marshalling. They are a dedicated bunch of people! I was having a good chat with a couple when at the QR Championship rounds the other week. I always make a point of talking to them and asking if they mind if I 'go over there' to take some photos. They really appreciate being asked, even if you have the accreditation and know where you are allowed to go, its the courtesy that helps

and going by their badges the've been in it a long time.... nice shots. I like the first one better.
