last one, moving!!!
rainbow framing the lifted child, colors, and background with more children... JUST GREAT!!!
Wow - now that I've finally gotten the site to load...
I do like the last one - but I also think #1 is very striking. But it would be a much stronger image in a square crop. Cheers, Cheers,

Oooooooooh!! 3 and 4 are superb - the first ones are a little too 'eery' for this kind of child shoot I feel. Nice work though!

Special Moments Photography Nikon D700, 50mm 1.4, 85mm 1.4, 70-200 2.8VR, SB800 & some simple studio stuff.
The first 3 are excellent - all tell a story that is made more powerful by the contre jour shooting. The last pic does not have the same impact IMO as the last third of the body disappears. . . maybe more powerful with a pano crop.

I like #1 and #3 a lot. #2 the cloud behind the child detracts from the silhouette effect, and #4 has too much detail in the dark spots, but I like the composition and rainbow. If you could lift the black point a bit on the foreground I think it'd work really well.

The last one is perfect.

Great stuff, the last one is brilliant!
I love silhouette shots - was just doing some yesterday evening actually...
that 2nd one is great but i feel its to wide if you crop in a bit more that would improve it
excellent work and great mood established
I really like these. My only criticism is that the dark clouds in No 2 are too close to the child in the air, thus reducing the focus on the sillhouette.

Two or three lights, any lens on a light-tight box are sufficient for the realisation of the most convincing image. Man Ray 1935. Our mug is smug
Despite the valid comments about the cloud in the second shot, it's my favourite. 1/3 are also all good. The last one is good too, but it does't really fit with the series since it's not so much about the silhouette!
Finally, when I was scrolling down the 'topic review' pane, I noticed that if you make #2 into an very accentuated widescreen (what, 3:1 or 3.5:1), (IMO) it's even more effective. Pentax istDS+K10D.
