I like it, a different take on the stairwell shot!
I'd be inclined to crop the top to remove the bright spot, or rectangle anyway, and the slightly boring bit of concrete above the yellow rail.

yeah i tried cropping different sections of the shot, didnt really work for me, i thought that the centered look of the shot looked. thanks for the comment

I see what you mean, lopping off the top does leave it unbalanced, and taking of the bottom to match leaves it a tad squished. Maybe just softening the light with some PP magic I don't know about!!!
Still like it though.
