Mt Iron, near Wanaka, April 2006

Here are three more photos taken from our honeymoon last year. We walked up to the top of Mt Iron which had spectacular 360' views of the surrounds. Unfortunately, the time of day meant that photos anywhere from South-West to North-West had a lot of sun-flare (latish afternoon).

C&C Welcome

There are a couple of elements of my PP work in this one which I am not happy with:

This one has had minimal PP - curves and then the border and text:

Thanks

Nice landscapes Patrick, couldn't help but think how much hard work walking up that hill was on your honeymoon.

is that part of the country in drought ?
seems to be a lot of brown paddocks
maybe they are hay drying !

Thanks Glen, and I wouldn't think too much about the walk up  Let's just say the words "never" and "ending" came to mind quite often.

TTT - I will check the original files, but I didn't play around with the colours too much, from memory.

great part of the world there. My favourite would be the first one, I like the B&W in that one.

love the pics but they appear a little over exposed to me. Could be a monitor calibration issue at my end though.

Patrick

Great images, but for me the colour shots also look a little overexposed and have a slight yellow cast

Thanks for the feedback guys.

I think I have definite calibration issues with our screen.
