#1 - I'm not sure about the crop, it just cuts things in half and doesn't really have any strong focal point. Doesn't do anything for me.
#3 - He looks slightly OOF, Very sweaty and uncomfortable, not the nicest image for the scouts as a representative of their members.

I love looking at your work since you have such a quirky eye for the interesting in the commonplace. The first 2 shots are great examples of that. As for #3 - it doesn't really engage me - it's a little tight compisitionally and I think a little lacking in contrast too - but then who am I to tell YOU anything
