Please note that image critiquing is a matter of give and take: if you post images for critique, and you then expect to receive criticism, then it is also reasonable, fair and appropriate that, in return, you post your critique of the images of other members here as a matter of courtesy. So please do offer your critique of the images of others; your opinion is important, and will help everyone here enjoy their visit to far greater extent.

Also please note that, unless you state something to the contrary, other members might attempt to repost your image with their own post processing applied. We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature.

Getting more fashion pics together for a promising new avenue. Have been organising a whole bunch of shoots to demonstrate different looks. Once again, a fair bit of PP here (and I know, a cheesy PS flare :))

Fine work, Heath. I would have liked to see a tad more detail on the shadow side of her face, torso, but that's a matter of taste.

You certainly know how to create a look. Very impressive. I don't care much for Will's and Mel's facial expressions, but the image as a whole I like!

Instead of that fake flare you could have used a couple of cheap filters... ;)

Cheers
Steffen.

Thanks for the comments.

Ok here is another from the shoot - better expressions and light on face. The only problem is her legs aren't in the light like the first, BUT if I combined the two pics by PShopping in the legs I think I might have a winner...

Heath I prefer the second to the first. And I thinkt he "cheesy PS flare" detracts from waht was a great image to start with in #1

There both great pieces Heath. #1 has a very commercial/animated quality that has striking graphic elements. I like #2 for it's natural look, lighting and composition. Great images.

Nice.. but maybe if you used a cheap lens, you could get REAL flare!

Heath - both very pro and I like but would suggest a crop on #1 on the left hand side to remove the angled black protrusion :)

very nice work. I like the first, with the feet in line, and the sexier pose with the dress hem held mid thigh.

Nice, and inspiring, thanks!

I like Mel's pose in the first one, but I find the facials from Will and the lens flare detract from the image. Will has a better pose in the second one, but Mel's stance/feet doesn't quite work for me.
