i took this shot in the city couple days ago. for some reason i like this shot although there isn't much happening in the shot.ask a few friends who think its boring.
in the 2nd version I played around abit in photoshop and applied a filter to it picture and like it done that way, so just wondering what people think of them ?

Firstly - the photoshoped version doesn't do it for me..


The first is better then the second but struggles in a number of places. The composition it a little messy or haphazard but with random street shots that can come with the territory. I'd like to see a bit more space above the "Big Man's" head, Also the inclusion of some of a palm tree on the left is distracting.. but its done to keep the guy at the bottom in shot. Overall it doesn't really strick me, the spot has potential.. but its a matter of taking more time to compose and possibly some lucky timing with the people walking past. Hope this helps ?? Sorry if I've come off overly harsh.

i was trying to convince myself the shot was good. but yeah it isn't too great
