Forum rules
Please note that image critiquing is a matter of give and take: if you post images for critique, and you then expect to receive criticism, then it is also reasonable, fair and appropriate that, in return, you post your critique of the images of other members here as a matter of courtesy. So please do offer your critique of the images of others; your opinion is important, and will help everyone here enjoy their visit to far greater extent.
Also please note that, unless you state something to the contrary, other members might attempt to repost your image with their own post processing applied. We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature.
Images posted here should conform with the general forum guidelines. Image sizes should not exceed 950 pixels along the largest side (height or width) and typically no more than four images per post or thread.
Please also ensure that you have a meaningful location included in your profile. Please refer to the FAQ for details of what "meaningful" is.

Ahoy hoy,
Had a good weekend in Canberra and Goulburn last weekend. Covered rounds 3 and 4 of the NSW Hill Climb Championship. Saturday was wet and windy at Fairbairn Park, which produced some slower than average times from everyone. Sunday was Windy and overcast with extremely variable light, and shooting in manual, this was a pain.
Backgrounds aren't very exciting as nether wakefield or fairbairn have sponsorship covered walls, which spoil photogs at Bathurst and other tracks.
Images have been supplied to Auto Action again, so we'll see if they use them or not.
I shan't be travelling to Grafton for rounds 5 & 6, to far!
Anywho, enough waffle:
The ford Capri of David Yates, locks up entering a tight right hander at Fairbairn Park.
CHARGER!!!
Clipping the ripple strip

1st shows great action with the lockup!. 3rd is great, 2nd is a little soft for me.
Done well mate! Hopefully we'll spot them in AA!
Forgot you were at wakie on sunday, I should have stayed the night and checked out the hillclimb and karts.
Where's the HC track at Grafton? I've been going there for 25 years and i've never ever seen it

Hi Alan
I like No 1 and 3. The lock up in the first is well caught, and the face and wheel lifting in 3 is also well captured.
Good luck with AA.

Nice set you got there
1 - crisp and colourful with a lockup.
2 - 3 wheels and i'd say he needs a tyre change, lookin' pretty bald..
3 - more 3 wheel action and he's looking down the lens.
Cheers, James.
