i love the way you have kept each shot so focused. 1 and 5 have to be my favourites the first because of the smoke generated between you and the car, and 5 because its just a great action shot. nice clean photos. :)

3 and 5 for me mate. 5 is a great drifiting shot, shows the sport well. The colours seem a little dull though. Was it very overcast?

Nice shots all round. You selling to the drivers?

Thanks for the comments and feedback guys.

It was a mixture of both Raskill, sun was out and then overcast. Freezing cold day though.

I'm not selling to the drivers as they had their "Official Photog" there, so I am leaving that to him.

My opinion follows by Raskill ... photo 3 and 5!
Specially 3 - Excellent composition with full of dynamic movement and "eye contact" with the subject! Great shot!

Dave, have you brought a new lens? These were not shot with a bigma as the depth of field is too shallow - have you been holding out on me? Image number 2 is why I say this. Let me know and if yo have, are you going to share at clipsal?

Hi there Big V,

You have sprung me, I bought another 30D along with the Canon 70-200 F2.8 IS USM, Canon 300mm F2.8 IS USM and the 1.4 converter.

My parents brought me up to share, so if I manage to get back there next year you have first dibs.

Dave, congratulations - very nice collection there.. I am not a greedy man, the 300 with the 1.4 shall do nicely :)
