Nymboida area, NSWLast week I was poking around in the northern reaches of NSW and found the Nymboida River area where there is a nice white water type river among other things. This is just below the official kayak slalom area where the river is starting to calm a little. Nice country around here for those heading that way. The second is a part of the Coach House where we had lunch. Any thoughts?

Yes John, it is a top spot. The water is indeed pristine. One fun thing I saw there is a sign that says "In the event of an emergency, call this number to shut the river off!" No doubt they are referring to the kayak races, but the mind boggles. There is an old hydro scheme upstream. Col Photography. The Art of Seeing, Not Just Looking
