Round 3 of the MCRCWA State Champs was on today. Used a 300 f4 + a 1.4x teleconverter to make it an effective 420 f5.6
Tried some different things, some worked, others didn't but i learnt some more today....

Great results for a cheapish lens solution Matt. But I've already told you that
Really like the reflection on the visor on number 2.

No 3 is my favourite did the 1.4 work OK . Ihave wondered how good it would be.

my old man hired a 300 f4 to have a test before he took the plunge, and i thought i'd give it a whirl as a 420 f5.6
that combo is really a fair weather lens, but im still really happy with it!
