A couple of shots from the shoot I did with Ing last week. I used this kind of treatment to give these images dirty, urban feel.
Any C&C are welcome as always.

Hey Alex,
Sorry, but I don't like the treatment on #2. The desaturated skin makes her look a bit like a zombie. I think it would work better in b&w.
I'm not really seeing the dirty/urbanness if that is what you're going for. She's dressed nicely and has a very placid expression and pose in both shots, so I neither of them feel particularly dirty or urban to me.
Not sure what kind of gear you have access to, but in #1 it might have been cool to have a second light coming from behind, to add some separation between her hair and the background and to feature the wall a bit more. You might also have tried a snoot on your main light for something a bit different/dramatic.
