I actually prefer the colour shot of your sister to the BW - I think it has a naturalness that the BW does not quite achieve.

Posted: Fri Jul 13, 2007 5:42 amThanks for the comments guys. It had been a while since I'd given the 50mm 1.4 a work out so gave it some attention on this particular outing. I love taking portraits.
Posted: Fri Jul 13, 2007 10:54 pmLooks better in black and white. For some reason I don't feel the colour 'adds' to the photo. Bright red jumper yes, but not in terms of faces and the love and intimacy hinted in the smiles.
