I snapped these pics at Watsons Bay yesterday with a long lens and at first I thought it must have been a new acquisition by the NSW police for the upcoming APEC conference. But after a google on the registration it seems to be privately owned by a citizen in Narabeen. What a fabulous camera platform this would be!

Wow, first time seeing this type of planes... I first thought as a survey or experimental vehicle, but privately owned... amazing stuff

Where's the thing that makes it go fast? I see no propellers?

I think the prop is at the back of the fuselage, encased in the white surround where the wings come out. Others will provide better info, I am sure.
