Here's my take on some images from the festival today. Our time was short there but we had a very nice time, meeting up with other DSLRusers (more shots to follow). Critique/comments most welcomed:

Geoff, hard to find too much to critique about - great stuff. The photos of the two people especially are very well done.

The chilli needs a little bit hotter colour, they look not too hot

#2 and #3 here are awesome images - fantastically well balanced light and great use of colour. Sadly the first for me isn't in the stellar company of #2 and #3. #4 elsewhere would also be exceptional. These all show the magic of the 50/1.4 lens in skilled hands too

Michael - thanks. She was indeed at the Turkish stand (I think). Here's one with more direct eye contact. They were having fun and I think it shows:
