Those Famous Icons

When you live in Sydney, how can you get tired of taking photos of this icon... its always something new you can make out of it, even its been photographed trillions of times. :)

The original capture, thing brought me to try different types of processing

I like the final treatment - it reminds me of those bronze figurines you can buy at the markets... ;)

have you considered a crop to focus in on the interesting light?

crop, bit of a desat cyan channel, saturation bump in yellow channel.

Lemme know if you want it gone! :D

Thanks guys!!

Daniel, thanks for that suggestion! I never thought about it! I'll now try to make few different crops and see what happens.

Here I did a bit more work on the sky in regards to the 2nd version... Just dodged and burned stuffs around...

The one above this message is the best one I reckon. Look how strong those lines look, its like they are coming out of the picture.
