Hi Ho from the Land of the Long Grey Cloud (great for white balance, but not much good for shooting ;) )...

Over here for a week for my father's 70th, and managed to get away from the house for a bit of a drive yesterday. This is a quick pano stitched in PS from about 8 pics. Looking forward to processing this from my NEF files rather than the small JPG's when I get back home, as it's a pic I've been wanting to get for a few years now :)

Understandably too. It's a fantastic vista. I look forward to seeing the 'big' version.

can you give us a link to a large version.
The pano is great.

Cheers,

Lovely image Leon. I just tried sliding the whole image window to the left to crop out the dark (IMO-distracting) bush and the pano is given an uplift. See what you think :)
cheers

Thanks all - should come up nicely when I get it on my computer and do some real processing on the NEF files :)

The pano is great.

Not until I get it home and do it properly. For 2 reasons really, 1 - I'm on dialup atm, and 2 - this is just from small jpg's rather than the NEF's, so looking any bigger isn't really worthwhile atm :)

Wow great shot!

Was there any way to use that stream more as a leading line to the mountain?

Still a great shot though.

Leon

About time you took a decent shot of YOUR mountain. Can't wait to see the finished product.
