Fence in the fog

Looks pretty good as is. Captures the mood well.
If you really feel the need, Use the White Balance tool and select a part of the image you feel ought to be white, or at least a neutral grey.
In this photo, maybe the water, or the fog itself top left.
In PS CS2 this is the eyedropper tool in the toolbar top left for RAW processor.
In Raw Shooter 2006, it is a similar looking tool at the top right.
Don't know where it is for other programs, but I imagine its there somewhere.
