this is just beautiful! awesome result for any attempt let alone your first, as suggested by rooz, this is one i would hang on the wall! great feeling and emotion in this photo :D

Very striking, i love it,
maybe get more different tools and make a 3 shot sequence and hang the 3 shots beside each other :D

I've just notice that the web version has a bit less shadow detail than the original. I've saved it with sRGB colour space, assuming that is correct for web? As against AdobeRGB for print use?

That really strikes a chord with me and I love the image. :D Not sure about your framing though.
