Up the wall...

This little climber decided to break out of its allotted space and colonise a neighbouring wall, providing some interesting contrast.

Taken in the Tropical Dome of the Mt Coot-tha botanic gardens. Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the species. (Note to self: make use of that audio annotation feature of your friggin' camera...)

Cheers
Steffen.

I like it Steffen - the texture and colours contrast nicely, and the climber is very "geometric" with the way it grows, giving it a very ordered feeling to it, fairly rare with climbers usually they are more rambling.

Thanks Craig! I have quite a few shots of the plant, but picked this one for the orderly leaves. I also cropped it to show only the tip - further down the leaves got messy...

Cheers
