I sort of cheated. Available light, plus I light painted the tag.

Compositionally it's a bit of a puzzle, it sends the viewer hunting around for a point of reference. The graffiti is a pretend subject I reckon, it won't hold the eye for long. Ultimately the viewer is led to the helicopter (?) hidden behind the bushes.
