I like the second, it might benefit from a lighter foreground, and a slight boost in saturation. A crop suggestion could be to crop the bottom (so the water is just about touching the bottom left corner) and on the right to the pole.
The first bridge looks like the one at Geroa, where is the second one?
Good shots- I like them.

The first one is at Gerroa and the second is down on Lake Illawarra at Kanahooka.
I'll give your suggestions a try
