Sorry DVIV, but while they appear to be technically fine, there is just nothing to grab the attention. All of the shots are 1 dimensional and don't jump out at me.

just not my cup of tea I'm afraid, now the cars they are on may have been a different matter.

I do like your creative thoughts though to get something other than just the cars.

Hope you don't mind, but I'll comment on each one.

1.

Probably the strongest of the shots. I would have been tempted to either cropor frame the head lights and air intake out of the shot, but that may not have been possible. The sharpness, lighting and colours are really good. PIty about the harsh shadown under the vehicle. This could be avoided by an off camera speedlight, but thats pretty specific. I lke this image.

2.

The audi image is spoiled by the crooping of the tyre down to the rim. The image is extremely sharp though, which is good. If you were going to take the shot again, maybe crop tighter, and focus on just the audi logo and the rim coming out from it.

3.

Nice image. I like it, it has the most depth of all the images. I like the reflections, but not the photographer in them. This sort of image is best taken with a 200 or 300mm lens, which gets you further away and harder to see. The blue under light is pretty funky.

4.

Again, I think a tighter crop would have been better. Maybe down to the prancing horse and brake caliper. The black of the vehicle does little for the image.

Hope this doesn't seem to harsh, I just have a spare few minutes to post in depth. I'm a big fan of detail photography when it comes to motor sports, so I appreciate these shots.

I quite like the first shot
The off centre / not squre to centre of wheel and like the touch of light and grill as a hint of what is around the front. Good shot.
Shots 2 to 4 are like most of mine, just shots, but great to try and see what tends to work

"Wheely" nice............ if you are into cars. Sorry not my cup of tea. But I like the concept.
