Hi All,

Last weekend I headed down to Canberra to ride in the Scott 24hr. I managed to get out and take a few snaps.

This one is very quick and dirty. Between riders I snapped around and thought about making a panorama later. I've just opened the RAWs and run them through Photomerge. Hope it gives a feel of how it was down there (for more effect rub dust all over your body )

Lol.. it does look dusty and stuff Glenn... but for a quick effort its also a great pano as it does give a good sense of how it looked and felt there! I like the colours in the sky too..

I got a bit lucky that there were actually clouds in the sky. The day before it was clear blue.

I would've liked to get some shots around sunset and sunrise but I was heading around the track myself.

Give you didn't original set out to take a pano, I think the result is very good. The stitching looks good (at this size) and the wide angle gives you a good idea of the sea of cars, tents and competitors.
