Oneputt,
It is a phasmid. (stick insect)
They are cool insects Big Red.
Where was it when you found it?

it was on the floor at work ...
i think it might have had a fight with a spider as it had cobwebs all over it and was moving very slowly.
i just placed it on a stick and it sat there hardly moving.
