I like the close-up! Very brave to show only a third of the flower but it works well.

The close up is cool
With the second shot- try again without the chairs, or without the chairs and from a slightly lower angle - would be lovely and simple - but jmho

have you tried, table as per above, no chairs flowers moved to the right and a bit closer to camera, leaving all the negative space on the left and the flowers a better part of the image..........
