All great shots, you've got that 85 singing is it just me or do the first2 seem a bit underexposed? as is the last but i was there and can understand why that was shot under it was almost dark.

Adam, the first 2 were taken with the 80-400as for the exposure - it had just finished raining, so still had full cloud..dunno if it is or isnt. The last obviously is but you have stated why. The 85mm is a great lens too.

First 2 are interestingly composed and it works a treat on the subject matter. By jove their some big carp. Thank goodness something eats those parasites of the waterways.
cheers

marco - i was waiting for the pelican to eat one of the larger crp because that would have made a brilliant shot - fish hanging out of its bill but it would only eat the smaller ones..what a pity

Big V - if I am the 'BIG CAT' man , you must be the 'PELICAN' man. Absolutely love the colour contrast of this bird, and well captured in your shots #1-3.
