I would crop a little tighter, just below the chin....but not entirely sure if the image is working overall.

A bit soft for me also, but I like the composition. Perhaps a softer look on her face would make it better, but I still like it.

i think the eyes are too white ... not that they should be bloodshot like mine :oops:

but they look painted or something :?:
