Yeah, maybe a little too harsh in the foreground but not far off the mark - I would think a tweak in photoshop could help no end on the foreground (a little burn with burn tool)

The foreground leafs are way too bright, either tone down the flash exposure or don't use a flash, the pop up flash wouldn't do a very good job at filling the area anyway.
