Jess GuessOk, I thought id run a lil game - to see who could guess what lense this photo was taken with. We had a spit lunch at church for Easter Friday and my friend Jess jumped in for a photo with a Trans Am (car)...

Re: Jess GuessI can’t even begin to think what lens you used as all I can see is Jess, hubba, hubba

Re: Jess GuessGoing by the DoF, pespective, and sharpness I would say the EF 400mm f2.8L IS USM, also looks like a 12MP FF so 5D maybe, @ around ISO 400?

Re: Jess GuessIt could be a 100 f/2.8. This lens can produce a sharp image with a blur background.

Re: Jess Guess
I have pretty much a whole day shooting her and her husband in the next few weeks - should be fun!
Yeah Bugeyes was right... 400mm f2.8L IS lense at f2.8, 5D at 400iso - standing as far back as I physically could to get as much of the car in (otherwise the Background would have been even shallower DOF) Im going to try and get some shots with it at the end of my engagement shoot with another couple tomorrow ![]() Im in love with a lense.
