Reaching for the Sun

A little (10mm) flower reaching up towards the sun. While wandering around my garden looking for bugs etc, I saw the sun hitting this flower.. really liked the natural effect.

I like this effect too... the only downfall for me is that the stem disapears into the background... (but thats on my work monitor so it may not be the case)... its a very effective image though... :)

Like how the background being black really makes the flower stand out and shine.

Thankyou Sue and JDear....

Sue .. the stem does blend into the background, but not as strongly on my calibrated monitor compared to my work one.
