I haven't seen the earlier post that you are referring to.. but as for this image..

Hmmmm... it gets a hmmmm from me.. I'm not quite sure what you were trying to do.. and I find the bright light on the left hand side about halfway down slightly distracting..

that said its not that I don't like it.. its still a hmmmm..
