You've got great composition with the buildings and boats centre of the image and those dramatic clouds curving down to them really keep the eye anchored in the frame. You've also controlled the exposure really well which is a challenge with shots like this.

i did try an HDR but it didnt have the impact, i did increase the dynamic range of this by using the fill light tool in camera raw though.
