Progeny

Some of you may recall a post a couple of years back where Finch and I were fortunate enough to be invited to photograph some Green Tree Pythons. It is still one of my most memorable photographic experiences (hence my avatar).

Well today we visited some of that snakes descendants. Once again another truly memorable day :D

Fantastic! Great composition. Great Background.

I prefer the first because it is awake and I can see all of its head.

Interesting that you mention that Matt as it was a bit of a problem getting some colour into the very dark background. Ended up using a reflector to brighten it up a tad.
