Just thought I would share a random that I took today.

i would have liked to have seen a little more light on the statue, just to give it more dimension. But thats just me, dont' know what everyone else thinks or if they agree. Do you happen to know what sort of tree's they were? especially that red one, i like that one!! the sky color is nice too.

Would you believe this was shot near midday? I did a bit of a Mr Rockwell and had a C-Pol on the lens as well as a Vivid mode to get the colours ramped up like that. I tried to using Active D-lighting to get more detail on the statue (it worked, but the colours suffered a little).

I just really like the ultra saturated colours in this one!

No idea about that red tree, but there are a few of them around on campus.
