Hi everyone,
I had the opportunity to have this lady as a model for a couple of hours. It was an absolute pleasure to have her model as she was so full of energy and fun.
I'm still trying to learn more about portraiture as it fascinates me no end.

C&C greatly appreciated.

take what i say with a grain of salt since i have not had much experience in portrait photgraphs

I prefer the black and white version, however I prefer the facial expression in the clour version, did you consider a B&W version of that one? That is one loud top she is wearing which imo comes across better under B&W.

The image looking thru the reflection in the mirror is a great idea and i really like it, the only gripe for me is she is too small in the photo.

With all that said, the colourful top and the little bit skin showing conveys the described 'energy and fun' ! so maybe the colour version is the best

The first 2 images are very good portraits, but need to be cropped in much tighter. She makes a great model!

What Matt said, but also, you may want to try a little more contrast in the B&W conversions. Where is the rich, solid black?

Great subject and lighting.. I like the color and BW versions. This sort of picture may be a candidate for Dragan or high pass type of post processing to accentuate the wrinkles etc...

She looks like a bit of a character... Which is why the environmental portrait is also nice..[do you have this in colour?] Maybe a sharper version for comparison although the softer version is not bad...

i really like that last one. if you added a bit of contrast i think it would look heaps better.
hard to get the perspective of the image with these small sizes. i'm sure it would look much better larger.

also agree with other comments about the crop. too much negative dead space on top of the first 2.
