So please do offer your critique of the images of others; your opinion is important, and will help everyone here enjoy their visit to far greater extent. Also please note that, unless you state something to the contrary, other members might attempt to repost your image with their own post processing applied. We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature. Images posted here should conform with the general forum guidelines. Image sizes should not exceed 950 pixels along the largest side (height or width) and typically no more than four images per post or thread. Please also ensure that you have a meaningful location included in your profile. Please refer to the FAQ for details of what "meaningful" is.

An afternoon out
This afternoon I decided to get off my proverbial and shoot some frames the weather was stormy and windy but none the less I had a fantastic time and got some pretty decent stuff. Exif is attached mixed bodies to test out my new/old toy D2Hs, but lens was 120-300 F2.8 sigma with sigma 1.4x converter.
I need to get of my butt and post here more for those interested I post a lot more on my BLOG you can sign up there for e-mail updates on my work. Little skippy  A couple of birds, I carry a field guide with me but am terrible at ID's   And some really nice light in the creek with my 24-70  Please don't use or edit my images.

That fourth one is great, amazing light, I also quite like the first, if only the little guy was looking back at the camera

shite, you read my mind...  whilst the eye contact is not perfect, it still a damn good shot, better than the other, buts that my opinion gerry's photography journey

great stuff there! I really like the birds! You have really managed to isolate them and make them stand out.
