Also please note that, unless you state something to the contrary, other members might attempt to repost your image with their own post processing applied. We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature.
Images posted here should conform with the general forum guidelines. Image sizes should not exceed 950 pixels along the largest side (height or width) and typically no more than four images per post or thread.
Please also ensure that you have a meaningful location included in your profile. Please refer to the FAQ for details of what "meaningful" is.

Good evening all... First shot is a pano of the seaside while heading towards Freycinet. 13 shots stitched. Linked as I have made it 1024 on the longest edge. At this size it looks a little washed out to me, however you'll just have to trust my biased opinion that the full size looks okay  http://www.markcrossphotography.com/pic ... norama.jpgThis next shot is the eye of a very friendly currawong. No photoshop touchup.. just straight from camera. The bird actually came indoors to have a snack on some sandwiches I had just finished eating. While he ate, I shot.  A family gathering. Quite a somber place.  And last but not least.... light at the end of the tunnel at the women's factory.  Hope you enjoy.

Nice pano of the Hazzards, you musta stood 2 foot to the left of where I did when I was down there! I think the super wide coverage of the pano detracts alittle from the main feature (the Hazzards) in my opinion, my eyes get drawn to and fro from the sky on the left to the Hazzards on the right... not meaning to hijack, but i was not joking, i was probably standing on the same spot as you...  Did you get a chance to climb the Hazzards? That bird eye image is surreal, like something out of lord of the rings  ! The cemetery shot is interesting, i would consider cropping the sky down to 2/3rds of the image (or even pano style) and darkening that top left. Nice work nonetheless...

Another great set there.
Can I suggest shooting your panos at around the 50mm focal length and then stitching, you are still getting that funny distortion.
The eye is quite nice, how close were you??
The meeting place is my favourite, you have managed to convey they somber mood very well.

Cheers biggery and Cameron. biggery.. agree with you on the size. Since taking the panos I have learnt that wide wasn't the right choice.. gives me an excuse to go back The location of your shot looks different? To the right there weren't any trees if I remember rightly... just rock and the lobster/crayfish boat? Not sure if it was the Hazzards we climbed... are they the ones that take you up to the lookout over Wine Glass Bay? Cameron.. minimum focus for the Tamron 90mm was the distance to the eye. The bird didn't care at all and was happy to just eat away. Very memorable.
