Please note that image critiquing is a matter of give and take: if you post images for critique, and you then expect to receive criticism, then it is also reasonable, fair and appropriate that, in return, you post your critique of the images of other members here as a matter of courtesy. So please do offer your critique of the images of others; your opinion is important, and will help everyone here enjoy their visit to far greater extent.
Also please note that, unless you state something to the contrary, other members might attempt to repost your image with their own post processing applied. We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature.
Images posted here should conform with the general forum guidelines. Image sizes should not exceed 950 pixels along the largest side (height or width) and typically no more than four images per post or thread.

For months I’ve tried to get in to see these planes in the glass hanger at Essendon Airport. The other day I was outside and saw the provost take off from Essendon. I shoved the birds back in the loft (rracing pigeons) grabbed the 400D and went round to the hanger. The provost had just landed. No one was in the hanger, the door was unlocked...... So in I went. WAS AWESOME. After about 100 pics the pilot came down from upstairs and I had a quick yak to him. I did quick edits on the pics... larger versions I will work on and get some highlights cut back etc... Was just so excited I had to get sum processed lol Anyway here are some of the shots I took.... (120pics) From the tarmac Harvard From inside hanger

Nice Harvard - is that VH-ZRO? That hangar would be awesome for a night time light painting of it! so clean and plenty of space... I like the Jet Provost, but the vignetting is definitely not needed

VH-HVD lol figure that out... Yea not many like my excessive vignette lol
This hanger is spotless as are the planes.. usually an old Harvard that's often flown pisses oil everywhere...not this one and low hours too... was on eBay not long ago for $100k ... not bad really...ex RNZAF.
These planes are babied big time... almost everyday they take them out to the tarmac and let them sun lol then roll them back in as it gets dark...
Dreams I tells ya!
