I agree with mchampio about the green cast on the left leg and think the whole image would work better if it were recropped to remove the folks on the right altogether. Much more interesting to wonder what she's looking at than seeing something there that makes no contribution to the pic.

IMO I get a general feeling from this forum that everyone (almost) always wants to capture a perfect full frame and is a little bit hesitant to crop their images. Maybe it's just that their trying to keep the highest resolution and sharpness possible in each frame. Or (and this is probably really it) maybe I just need to take my medication more often. I don't know. (sigh)

I tend toward the other extreme and immediately crop and PP out all of the extraneous little bits that bug me. Takes all kinds, huh?!

bit ofa rough generalisation there mate.

I'd agree that some cropping could work well, and almost suggested it, but thought not because the current composition doesnt bother me either. I find that because she is selectively coloured, it removes the need for the subject to be illustrated by a tighter frame. For me personally , anyway.
